No one moved until the baby wandered into a sterile area with hygienists and patientsCarpet in treatment areas - how is that sterile?

I went to the previous dentist of this practice in the south end for over 40 years. He was the kindest, most professional dentist out there. When he retired he sold the business to Bever Family Denistry. I stayed because I thought service would continue to be great. WRONG! This is the most unprofessional office out there. One day I walked in and he had his dog there. A large dog in a dentist office! Also, all staff except one girl has been replaced. Some of the new girls leave something to be desired as far as professionalism. While one tech was working on my mouth there was a poor child in the next room having a panic attack and she said "if that was my child he wouldn't get a way with that." Really? Recently I went in and had a crown replaced. The dude replaced it knowing I didn't have anything to hold it too. He should have recommended an implant. It broke 6 weeks later and I am out over $1,000 with nothing to show. Now I need to go to another dentist
