Terrible customer service!. Older woman receptionist screamed on the phone at me and called me a name I won’t repeat. Harassing phone calls , sometimes six in a few hours and everyday. She went so far as to block her number but would leave voicemails. Threatened me if I did not come in with money I could not have my dental work completed! One insurance already paid them and I paid them as well. Advised I could not have work finished until I came in with all the money ! Dr stepped in and would not allow her to prevent me from finishing my dental work, probably because that would mean his license .I’m not sure how he stays in business. I just received an approval after I appealed the denial . Dr Lee said he stands behind his staff so he’s aware of her imbalance I also think they over-billed me for this work and I’m looking into that. The amount of money that they billed the two insurance companies and me is outrageous! There’s something very wrong there! Avoid at all costs.
