We were Dr. Rahnama's patients for over six years, and during that time, we always found him to be excellent at his job. He was respectful to patients, and the office staff were responsive, ensuring we never had any issues. However, since Dr. Rahnama left, it seems like everything has changed, and the business is heading in the wrong direction.For instance, whenever you call the office, the answering machine informs you of the business hours, but no one picks up the phone, even when you call during those hours. Additionally, they have started overcharging patients, despite us having the same insurance. With Dr. Rahnama, the only payment required with our insurance was an annual fee, and everything else was covered.I am truly sorry to see that this practice is not as good as it was before, and I am sure many patients will consider moving elsewhere.

A dentist who's all about care, not upselling
So many clinics will try to sell you on procedures or extras you don't need. Dr. Rahnama is timely, honest, and doesn't take advantage of your concerns about your health for the sake of pushing more money through your insurance company. Office staff is super pleasant too. Hidden gem.
