Dr. Hongsheng Liu, DMD

His staff was rude and I ended up canceling the appointment. I don't recommend this office. A doctor is only as good as his staff.

Great visit and pleasant environment. However, they were noted and verified to be in network with my dental insurance company but charged me over 400.00 more than allowed which was not disclosed by office staff. Called insurance company to confirm charges and was told to send them my itemized receipt so they would call office to address issue. Dental office staff indicated they would mail me the overage via check in mail after insurance contributions are made. Glad I asked for an itemized receipt for I was given a small register receipt initially and called my insurance company.

Good Communication. Clear concise explanation and plan. good outcome on my child's urgent procedure. We are very happy with Dr. Liu's service. We saw him in his Methuen office.

Visit went fine, no pain. Girl who assisted must be new, all x rays had to be done over. Had to wait 4 weeks for follow up visit and then it was cancelled with no notice. Now I have to wait about another week and a half.

Felt no pain at all. Wished he kept me updated better during the procedure. I had to ask along the way.

Dr. Liu and his staff are outstandingly! They know how to make you feel at ease and are professional both in appearance and ability. I had been having significant dental issues for a few months and Dr. Liu was able to figure out what was wrong. He was extremely cautious and thorough in his evaluation and I was never rushed. I ended up needing 3 root canals over the course of a month but they were essentially painless. I would highly recommend Dr. Liu and his wonderful staff!
