Dr. Homayon Berenji, DDS

Everyone at the office was amazing! The receptionist was great and explained everything in detail. So was the doctor. I had no pain and was very comfortable throughout the procedure. The doctor constantly checked in with me to make sure that I was doing well. Highly recommend this office!

?Dr. Homayon Berenji and his entire team, from his receptionist to his assisting staff were courteous, friendly, kind, and overall were wonderful. My experiences with my procedures couldn't have gone better. I am very fortune I was able to get my procedures done here. I would recommend this establishment for anyone that needs endodontic work done. I wish everyone on staff and all their loved ones a fun, happy, healthy, and safe 2025.

Everyone at gentle endodontics is very helpful with explaining every step of the procedure. I had 2 root canals done within 1 week of eachother and they worked with me to fit it into my busy schedule and also make me feel comfortable getting dental work done. Nobody ever likes going to the dentist or even a specialist for dental work but I can say as someone who doesn’t like the dentist, gentle endodontics took care of me. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor to even the assistant were extremely nice and approachable with any questions you have. Overall very good experience and highly recommend.

Dr. Berenji is gentle, thorough, and fast. His knowledgeable and courteous staff are also a plus. I highly recommend them

From the consultation to the actual root canal procedure Dr. Berenji explained all the steps that needed to be taken; he and his assitant made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and were checking on me multiple times to make sure I'm doing fine. Doctor Berenbji may be good but I never was able to see him. He cannot be scheduled through number listed. The doctor works only part time for Smilebuilderz. Smilebuilderz's call center personal could not understand my request to have a consultation with this doctor. Call center personal were very curt and did not take time to understand my request. The call center required me to go to the Ephrata location. The Ephrata personal were confused as to why I was there. That office was helpful but told me a specialist would be weeks before I could get an appointment. I believe that one using Smilebuilderz has an equal chance of having either a good or bad experience. Mine was bad.

I cannot even begin to say how impressed I was and how grateful I am to Dr. Berenji and Mary. I had a bad infection in a tooth that was previously root canaled and was in a lot of pain! I called the office as a new patient, and they stayed open late the following day to bring me in to start my re-treat, WOW!! Mary was so extremely pleasant and helpful from the minute I contacted the office. The office was immaculate and Dr. Berenji was so kind, gentle and caring. He took the time to explain everything to me, showing me my imaging results and he and Mary both made sure I was comfortable during and after the procedure and called me the next 2 days to check in. I have unfortunately had a lot of dental work done throughout my life and have seen many Endodontists and this experience far exceeded all the others! If you ever need Endodontic treatment this is THE place to go!!
