I was a patient for at least three years. I was told that I need caps on my teeth. I have good insurance. When the three caps were completed, I was told that my personal amount to pay after my insurance ($2500), I would be charged an additional $2300. I was devastated. I was never told that I would have to pay that amount after my insurance was charged. The totally cashed out my insurance and had be put in a bill to Care Credit for the balance of $2300. The work was already performed.

- Staff wasn't friendly
- Appointment was rushed
- Didn't trust the provider's decisions

Our whole family has gone to Dr. Don since 1993 and we love him and his whole staff. There is no oh no I have to go to the dentist! it' s a trip to see family!!! Execellent care and knowledge and treatment!!!!
