Dr. Chan is wonderful his work is excellent. Joan on the other hand did not credit my payment. I am so upset at how she even responded about my payment. I totally was pain having two teeth pulled and very emotional. When I called regarding the bill and her response was. I don't know where the money went if you do find the receipt bring it in and we will see what we can do? Delta dental will be sending me a grievance package to fill. Beware of this receptionist she is a taker.
