Constant billing issues at this office. Just had to pay a bill for a cleaning that was billed out of sequence with my insurance. Ridiculous, can’t go there without getting a bill in the mail.

Before I made an appointment, never told me they were out of network for my insurance, dental assistant cut my gum with the mirror tool while having a filling completed & was quoted a high amt for a replacement bridge, when I asked for my ex-rays to get a second opinion, I was told not to come back in a nasty tone by the office manager Peter who happens to be the dentists husband. I have every right to a second opinion. How do you have a practice like this? Damn straight I will go elsewhere.
