She truly is fantastic, the staff as well. Had an emergency today and no one to watch my baby and everyone pulled together to help. Super grateful !

I just had a cleaning and fillings with Dr. Helene Shapiro and it was totally painless. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Shapiro has a great bedside manner. She always makes you feel comfortable, and always makes sure you are not having pain during the procedure. I am not so great with getting needles in my mouth but she has a very gentle touch. I would for sure recommend her to friends and family.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS OFFICE NO STARS AT ALL, I WOULD. I'M NOT QUITE SURE IF THEY UNDERSTAND THE DEFINITION OF PROFESSIONALISM IN ANY FASHION. AS A PERSPECTIVE PATIENT, MY QUESTIONS WE NOT ANSWERED AND THEY WERE VERY RUDE & UNETHICAL. I IMAGINE THE GIRL AT FRONT 6015 YORK RD. WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS NEW AND UNABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. THAT DID NOT STOP HER FROM GETTING EXTREMELY SMART WITH ME & SHE WAS SUPER AUDACIOUS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR THIS LOCATION

Dr. Shapiro is the" BEST" She is gentle and thorough. Dr. Shapiro has the most wonderful "Chair side" manner and is very knowledgeable in up-to-date procedures.
