Dr. Heather Ridgway, DDS

I was needing bone graphs on both sides and was not looking forward to it. The left side was first. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Ridgway and her staff were wonderful!! I had no pain during the surgery or the day after (today). To say I was very satisfied would be a huge understatement!! She even called to check on me. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Ridgway! I am not dreading getting the other side done now. Thank you Dr. Ridgway and your staff.

My gum graft went better than expected. Would recommend Dr Ridgway for future dental services.

My experience with Dr. Heather Ridgeway was extremely disappointing. Dr. Ridgeway was selected because she allegedly has advanced training in periodontics. My treatment experience was with a hygienist who was unable to treat two specific areas because she said the x-rays I provided from my general dentist were not good. Therefore, she could not deal with my concerns. The hygienist could not offer any solutions and Dr. Ridgeway was not available to answer my problems. I have never experienced a dentist who refused to take x-rays but used them as an excuse for not doing their job. Many places give free x-rays and exams.

I was examined by Dr. Ridgeway on September 2019. I later scheduled an appointment to have periodontal treatment (right side) performed in October 2019. My treatment experience was with a hygienist who was unable to treat two specific areas because she said the x-rays I provided from my general dentist were not good. Therefore, she could not deal with my concerns. The hygienist could not offer any solutions and Dr. Ridgeway was not available to answer my problems. They never offered to do their own x-rays. However, she had no problem charging $120.00 for an exam and $630.00 for treatment which was not performed. I have never experienced a dentist who refused to take x-rays but used them as an excuse for not doing their job.

I first saw Dr. Ridgway in December, 2015 for a dental implant. When she examined my mouth, she explained that my gums had receded to a point that required soft tissue grafting. Even though this was costly on my part, I felt that if I didn't have the procedures, I would lose my teeth. I have spent over a year having the grafting performed and the dental implant work. I cannot thank her enough for being honest up front regarding the health of my gums. I now have beautiful gums.

Haether Ridgway is an amazing periodontist. When I first went to see her my gum health was in a pretty bad shape. I saw a few periodontist before I went to her. All of them were quoting me a very expensive treatment I couldn't afford. When I went to her office she was very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. She is someone who looks out for her patients benefits. She also did a gum graft for me which was excellent. My teeth and gums have never been in better shape than this! Staff is??
