Dr. Heather Richardson, DMD

One could not ask for a more caring, thorough, and skilled practitioner. My situation started in early 2023 with a planned tooth extraction. Everything was reviewed with me prior, both good and bad, during and post surgery. Following extraction, and no thanks to very large boney structures (Tori) on the inside of my bottom teeth, the gum would not heal. She recommended removing the 'useless' boney structure to aid healing. Things seemed good until my jaw started to hurt. Dr. Richardson referred me to Dr. Sameer Alyaseen, at Rocky Mountain Infectious Disease (she didn't want to waste any time). He agreed with her diagnosis...the pain was not a 'simple' tooth ache, it was a bone infection. Thanks to her knowledge, and quick thinking, and Dr. Alyaseen's experience, the infection was stopped after a few months of antibiotics, and Dr. Richardson's watchful eye, I have a healthy mouth and no sign of infection.I certainly recommend Dr. Richardson and her staff-you won't be disappointed!

Dr Richardson makes it an easy trip to the dentist. How many people can say that about a dentist visit!

Very patient and staff is awesome!! I tried to get out of my procedure and she was not pushing me to have it done!!! She is amazing. Takes her time and I’m not even in pain from procedure !!

I was very impressed when I went to see Dr. Heather’s place of business. The office décor was pleasant and inviting. I liked that you could grab a beverage if you wanted one. It was a friendly place with smiling workers who I sensed enjoyed being there. First of all, I probably shouldn’t say this, but, I have never had such an attractive, beautiful dentist ever! I thought, wow, this is my lucky day! Dr. Heather has a pretty smile, beautiful hair and a delightful sense of humor and personality. On top of that she’s a baseball fan too, wow, how cool is that I thought! I was totally smitten by her. When she worked on me I was taken back by how sensitive, caring, loving and talented her hands were. She has such a graceful touch that I never felt any pain or unpleasantness during the entire procedure(s). This is what I’ve come to expect from Dr. Heather Richardson, exceptional professionalism and talent, someone who has exceeded all of my expectations.

My implant procedure became complicated due to a sinus communication. Dr. Richardson worked with me throughout the ordeal to implement a solution. The latest bone graft procedure went very well and, hopefully, I'm back on track to finish the implant process.

Dr. Kim and the whole staff are great. The office is always well staffed and very professional while still being personable whether it be for the actual dental work or, as everyone knows, questions regarding billing and assistance with the billing and your dental insurance provider.

This lady is awful all she wants to do it charge you for money I took in X-rays i just had done 4 days ago and she wants to take more for 400.00 then wants to sleep on it and have me come back for another appointment at another 150.00 so now we are at 700 and she hasn't even come up with a plan or started anything. I worked for dentist my whole life this by far was a rip off. As soon as I declined more X-rays she escorted me out and still did nothing. Don't go to this office.

Dr. Richardson was thorough in her first consult with me. She made certain that I understood the upcoming procedure and didn't feel pressured or apprehensive about it. As far as the actual procedure, I was well prepared as far as getting prescribed meds ahead of time and being counseled for home treatment afterwards.

Dr. Richardson is extremely thorough and provided me with all the information I needed for my treatment plan. She and all the staff are wonderful to work with.

Dr. Richardson found time to do surgery on me when I developed an infection. I already had an appointment in September but she took the time to do it in August before she went on vacation and I went out of town. Couldn't have asked for better service and care, amazing dentist who is really concerned about her patients. So glad I found her!!!

Dr Richardson and her staff are all exceptional and my care and treatment in this office has been excellent. My last visit was a cleaning with Kristi. She was kind yet professional, gentle yet thorough and very caring and attentive. I really appreciated how she cared for me and treated me.

Dr Richardson has performed Gum Surgery for me on both my upper and lower gums. I feel like my problems are behind me now.
