Their front office receptionist is so disrespectful!!! I went there today, and the front office receptionist asked me to fill out all sorts of paperwork: contact info, insurance, health history, etc. I did and I gave her all the papers back, then she asked me to give her my driver's license so she can scan it and keep it in their system!!! I told her I've been with Metlife for ~3 years and I was never asked to provide a copy of my driver's license. I suggested to her that I can show her my driver's license to verify my identity, but not to scan it and keep it in their system. She insisted to scan it, so I ended up leaving their office. Lastly, there was no hand sanitizer in the entire office, and I saw dead cockroaches on the floor which made me wonder when was the last time they swept the floor or cleaned the office.

I had scheduled a routine teeth cleaning. After a long wait, they took X-rays and waited longer for the dentist to see me. When he finally came, he essentially told me that there was something wrong with virtually every tooth in my mouth, that I needed a built-up crown, and my teeth deep-cleaned. I left without getting anything done. I wasn't going to do anything of the sort without a second opinion. A week later, I went to a different dentist who my wife knows and he said that all I needed was one filling and for a regular teeth cleaning. Everything else was overkill and some recommendations could actually cause more issues than their intended treatment. He also said that there are a lot of dentists out there who are just in it for the money and take advantage of patients' ignorance. I recommend staying far, far away from this place. The staff here have zero integrity, and the receptionist was extremely rude.
