Dr. Harvey Reiter, DMD

He was my dentist for a few years some years back his office staff would call me about an appointment and when we went, they would claim that there was no such appointment when we had proof on our phone we had voicemails the office manager She was very rude and hateful and claimed that we were lying and told us to leave We decided to take our business elsewhere.

On 8/27/18 I had my bridge for the (R) upper front teeth loosed and I attended the office of Dr Reiter to have it fixed. After a few visit I decided to extract the upper 2 front teeth and consider implant in the future. By extracting the teeth I had to get a different upper partial to replace the missing front teeth. I told Dr Reiter that I desire the partial upper built from the same material as my old partial denture. He did not listen to me but built it from a material that was sub standard in my opinion. The denture broke twice in six months eating orange and the second time while brushing, it opened in my hands. I informed Dr Reiter about the broken denture and visited his office 6/3/19 for a cleaning and to fix the denture. He refused to fix it or even smooth it so I could comfortable wear it and he sent me out of the office a very dissatisfied client. This is after he had gotten $4039 out of me and my INS. If this is not robbery then can someone define robbery for me.
