Dr. Hadeel Hedo, DDS

She’s an angel and will put you at ease during any kind of procedure. Very patient and will never rush you when you need to address your concerns and whatnot. She’s nurturing and empathetic. It’s like talking to a close and trusted friend. If you need a break when she’s working on you, she will gladly allow it.

Wanted to do a root canal when not necessary. Worst dental appointment I have ever had. Wait time, with appointment, was two hours, and only because I complained to the assistant, who told me Dr. Hedo was in surgery and would still take some time; after this complaint she miraculously appeared, but seemed to be in a terrible mood and didnt even introduce herself). Based on X rays taken, Dr. H said I needed a ROOT CANAL. I did not feel confident to have that procedure done by Dr. Hedo, so I asked for something for the strong pain and also for a written (or e-mailed diagnosis). Dr. H stated that I could take OTC acetaminophen and paracetamol. I told her I had taken those already and needed something a little bit stronger. She said that "usually" she never gives a prescription for something for the pain unless she does the root canal herself. I am still waiting for the diagnosis I requested. I was treated by another dentist and I NEVER NEEDED A ROOT CANAL.

Great demeanor and takes her time to really explain what’s happening and listens to patients. Puts me at ease in what can be an anxious situation. High quality results and zero pain. I am glad I found her office and plblessed that she is my dentist.
