Very rude staff & they even kept my dentures & said that I was given them back (Candy)- and she's very unprofessional the worst place to go if u need a Dentist!!

Finding a highly skilled and caring dentist is a stressful task. Many dentists are preoccupied with presenting expensive dental plans that have multiple phases. However, Dr. Phillips and his staff made me feel like I mattered and that they had my best interest in mind. I now know they truly cared about my dental wellness and for me. By far the rudest office staff ever! Not only was the front office staff rude but their Manager was just as rude! Horrible experience.!!

i wasn't please at all. The staff was not friendly. The equipment was VERY OLD nasty looking. Dr never said out come of any cavities or what i need it after examination. STAY AWAY

Office staff is a joke. They move like snails. They were not even there for my 8:00 appointment. I gave my insurance info to the office over a week ago and they claim they never got it. Usually a provider gets your insurance all verified before your appointment. These people do that when you sign in. It was going on 8:15 and I was still waiting to get my teeth cleaned. If you have all day to spend at a dentist just for a simple teeth cleaning then this is the dentist for you. The office was cold and so was the lady at the front desk. Stay away!

The office staff was very friendly and helpful in determining if my dental savings plan was accepted. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Dr. Phillips and his hygienist were both friendly. I waited only five minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen.

I'm very pleased with Dr.Phillips work thus far. Very pleasant office with professional assistance.

Rude office manager. Will call to confirm appointments 24 hours in advance but will charge a cancellation fee if you ask to reschedule during this call as cancellation requires 48 hrs notice. Unreasonable and no flexibility. Choose another dentistry.

Lack of transparency, questionable practices. They failed to provide a written proposed treatment plans citing they "don't do that." They failed to disclose detail on all claims and bills citing they "don't do that." They charge for services they fail to get pre-authorized from insurance. Make an appointment with the dentist for an adjustment and the front office head is the attending!!! Where is the DDS? Fails to accommodate per ADA guidelines citing they don't have to because they "are grandfathered" in. Office head is rude, unprofessional and talks to you as if you're incompetent or a fool. I should have checked with the BBB before going here.

The worst scam dentist ever. Tells you that you need all this work and it’s all a money scam. Do your homework before going or just avoid at all cost. I give him zero stars.

I was a patient of Dr Guy Phillips for several years. He’d referred me for a root canal, and had completed a crown and other fillings for me. His hygienist had started me on deep gum cleanings, to be repeated every few months, because my gums were in such bad shape. He had a gentle hand, but the office consistently ran late and my schedule doesn’t allow for that so I had to look elsewhere. With a recent treatment plan from Dr Phillips (sent off to my insurance for approval) recommending a crown and at least 3 fillings, I went off in search of a new dentist. At the new dentist, I was commended for my excellent X-rays and gum measurements. I am left baffled and wondering how much unnecessary dental work I put myself through in addition to the expense. If their office had only been punctual I would never have went off in search of a new dentist. It cost me $300 for new X-rays but saved me about $2000 in (unnecessary) dental work that Dr Guy Phillips would have been more than happy to comp

Called to confirm my appointment for Monday on Thursday and I informed the receptionist that I was not permitted to leave work and I needed to cancel. The receptionist told me I needed to “figure out how to take the time off from work” or I would be charged $150 for cancellation. I asked why 48 hours wasn’t enough time to cancel and she said because they are closed on Friday. I politely asked her to please work with me because I couldn’t afford to take the time from work or be charged the ridiculously high cancellation fee just because they don’t work on Fridays. She refused and when I said “I’m really sorry but I just can’t make it on Monday” she said “Well, that will just be a bill then”. I completely understand how frustrating it is to have an appointment cancel but the way I was treated was uncalled for. I do not recommend this practice at all.

I just over Dr Phillips and the entire staff.he's very conservative and always does only work that's needed.

Terrible Dental practice. Avoid. X-ray always breaking, cleaning not good, losing paper work, etc. brought wife in and they BROKE two of her teeth during cleaning. Took 2 hours to get X-Rays due to old equipment, uncomfortable torture. Will hardly even see Dentist, mostly everything done by Hygienist.

dr phillips is a real good dentist and the staff is great too.

Excellent dentist! Office staff is always helpful and courteous. Wait time is usually pretty quick as well.
