Dr. Gurvinder Bhatti, DDS

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have a lot and I do mean a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist already due to multiple bad experiences and very bad TMJ, so I was tentatively hopeful after reading the profile of the dentist on the website and my husband having a decent experience with them. I set up an appointment for an emergency at 9:30a and got there a little early knowing I’d need to fill out paperwork. But, what I didn’t expect was to wait for 2 hours and never be seen. I asked front desk several times and was ignored. Not to mention they referred to me as a “walk in” and thought I was a different patient every time I got up to the desk even after they asked me my name or asked me by name to come to desk. Not HIPAA compliant. I saw the waiting room fill and empty 3 times at least while waiting. Finally, I couldn’t handle the pain anymore and I left. It was ridiculous. To get an appointment, check in, be in visible pain and crying, and still wait 3 hours and never even get called back.

I was told I was not a candidate for various restorative options and when an urgent issue and facing the loss of front teeth occurred; Dr. Bhatti performed an assessment and treatment plan the same day. Dr. Bhatti and his kind staff made sure I left their office with my teeth, peace of mind and a beautiful smile!

Run!!!! A bunch of "used car" salesmen!!! Even tried to sell me a plan over the phone before even seeing me, then once there, kept referring to the wrong tooth. I went there in so much pain and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me. Only took my $200 and sent me out the door-still in pain!! They said that cleaning was part of the $189 package, but after x-raying my whole mouth (I was only complaining about the bottom right molar) and spending all of 20 seconds with the doctor, they did NOTHING to help me (didn't even clean my teeth-which was part of the "package")! And had the gall to say that I needed a deep cleaning that would cost a Thousand dollars, then just sent me out the door... They wouldn't even give me 2 cents back when all they did was radiate my whole head. I would never refer anone there!!! Oh, and I saw the doctor walking around with his cellphone in his hand, texting the whole time i was there... BEWARE!!! Go somewhere else!!

My grandad and I would like to thank Dr. Bhatti and his staff at Infinity Dental for the wonderful experience! My grandad was a bit hesitant to be treated by someone new; however, Dr. Bhatti proved himself to be the best dentist we have ever interacted with. Had a great experience when getting my wisdom teeth extracted. He is a caring Dentist, he takes time to talk and listen to his patients needs. I'm usually a very anxious person when it comes to dentist but Dr. Bhatti made me very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. He reassured me that everything was going to be alright.
