Dr. Gregory Sopel, DMD

Dr Sopel seems to be a good dentist . However, his staff is horrible. I have been trying for months to have them properly submit to my insurance so I get paid. They are incompetent and don't care . I'm never going back.

I have been having dental problems for quite a while now and realized it was from an illness I had and I knew after a while that things were going to go from bad to worse and we're going to cost a lot of money so I called a few dentist and really didn't have any hope and I happen to call a dentist where I live in Horseshoe Bay dr. Sokol and the people there are wonderful he is an artist and they will help you the work with you and you will not be sorry you went there I recommend them very highly

Most considerate dentist I have met in years - aware of patient needs, makes the patient comfortable by explaining each procedure, welcomes questions and for me has been Painless! Staff is awesome and easy to work with.

Dr. Sopel and the dental technicians seem to be very well trained and skilled. The problem is his office manager and the resulting office procedures. They charged my wife $100 when she inadvertently missed one appointment after being on time for many. Then Dr. Sopel "fired" me when I questioned this severe policy, after I had been going to his office for dental care for a number of years. Hostile to customers!

I had my first visit with Horseshoe Bay Dental. Dr. Sopel's exam came after the cleaning. He was kind, gentle, thorough and very professional. He has his own philosophy in dental care which, I found to make alot of sense. I truly believe Dr. Sopel is a brilliant dentist. You can tell that he is passionate about his work and stays ahead of technology and dental practices. They also offer terrific products to help in your home dental care. I highly recommend this clinic, Dr. Sopel and staff!
