I feel like when I'm in his chair, my appointment is rushed and I'm not truly care for as I was with the previous doctor that was there who actually asked me about myself and cared where I was in school. Actually making the effort to treat me as a patient and not just money sitting in their seat. Its also mind blowing how he tells me I have cavities but I was never told that before when I've had my cleanings, I actually get that my teeth are I'm great condition and keep doing what I'm doing. But all of a sudden a cavity pops up withing a couple months. Then 2 months after being told I have a cavity , I get my cleaning done and told my teeth are fine, no cavities....so apparently this new doctor just give out info. Told me I needed a deep clean but DID not inform me I would have to do 3 month cleaning (different from my basic cleaning) which would be $100 and my insurance wouldn't cover it, only half. I so disappointed in this new doctor it's not even a joke.

He is professional and friendly.

6 months ago all was fine then today 12 teeth need to be fixed? Seems very strange as I’ve had almost perfect teeth my whole life. Definitely getting a second opinion as it’s a completely different doctor then before.

Horrible visit, many red flags in the past. They try to upsell you right from the beginning and change your appointment as you enter the office. Not cool. They change your time and procedure as you walk in, not all week with their tax for confirmation as you walk in. Not professional not ethical. The place is very low class from the personnel to the quality of care. No English as a first language and quality of care and professionalism is void. The blonde hygienist January 7, 2021 had a virus and was snorting, sneezing, coughing the entire time. I should’ve left but did not fill captive as a tell you how bad things are in your mouth even though six months ago your mouth was not. Not a pleasant place no one looks you in the eye no one educate you they answer phones instead of dealing with the customer in front of them. This place is a no no. Feels like you were in a Third World country in this office, So call Dentist does not answer your questions, does not listen does not educate.
