Dr. Gregory Lamansky, DDS

Unorganized, unprofessional, dishonest office staff. After the free consult, the office staff said they had sent the necessary referral to an oral surgeon, but after one week, the surgeon had not received it. After my many phone calls, the staff at Lamansky's office admitted to not sending it. Many excuses about being understaffed and the dentist not being available. No apology from the staff member who flat out lied about having sent it the week before. Office finally provided a referral to an oral surgeon, but the referral was made to a surgeon that was not covered by patient insurance. When asked to make a referral to another surgeon, they refused and were unprofessional and rude. Did not care at all about the fact that a 10 year old child was relying on a referral. Would never recommend this dentist office to anyone.
