I was in braces for 4 years when I was told 18-24 months. Wanted everything paid in cash up front. Painful procedures, rude, rushed, did not listen. Followed all directions, but sometimes pain after adjustments was sharp and interfered with my eating for weeks after. Accused me of being whiny and selfish when I complained. We were in a stale mate over rubber bands for 8 months. I finally insisted on larger bands because the tiny ones he gave me would snap and caused sharp pains when worn. Lo and behold, the larger bands worked. He was vindictive and mean when you critiqued his service. Developed many cavities after, and teeth have shifted after his services. Dentist is telling me I will probably need braces again.
