Dr. Grace Nochez, DDS

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Grace Nochez and would not trust her decisions because she didn’t even bother to explain them. From the moment the appointment started, she was rude, dismissive, and extremely rough—so much so that it felt like she wanted to break my tooth rather than examine it. Despite my desperate attempts to ask questions, she ignored me and refused to provide any clarification. She rushed through the appointment, barely spending a minute with me before running out of the room. By the time I realized she was gone, I had to rely on the receptionist to try to understand my possible treatment options—something that should have come directly from the doctor. Dr. Nochez showed no interest in listening to my concerns or discussing my preferences. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to communicate made this one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid her if they are looking for a doctor who actually cares about their patients.
