Does not stand behind her work
DDS Choe installed a crown on my wife's front tooth that is too short. During this appointment to install the crown, they had to stop the installation procedure and send my wife home for 2 hours while they sent someone to another dentist office to get a tool that they required to complete the installation. After my wife returned to the dentist to complete the procedure, the doctor did not notice that the crown was too short. My wife came home after the procedure very upset and told me what happened. We immediately called and returned to the office to complain about how it looked. DDS Choe offered to correct her mistake by SHAVING DOWN THE HEALTHY TOOTH next to the CROWN THAT IS TOO SHORT THAT SHE JUST INSTALLED. I will never trust this dentist with my wife's dental care again! They also do not have a formal complaint procedure at this office. Luckily the Virginia state board of dentistry does have a formal complaint procedure and we will be using it!

Rip off beware
Beware!!! We are trying to recover. I hope this warning helps at least one family not get hurt by this unknowledgeable and nonattentive dentist.
