Very terrible services. He made a terrible mess with my Father's teeth. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE; PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!

I am one that like to observe, and can tell when I'm treated right. My experience with this dental office was not good. The hygienist did a great job on my teeth cleaning, but when it was time for Dr Schmidt to come and examine my teeth, she told me he was upstairs lying down and he would examine my teeth the next time I come back, he wasn't feeling well But I would like to say is I'm sorry sir I won't be coming back. I thought that was unprofessional not to examine your patient's teeth.

Dr. Glenn Schmidt was a client of ours, but he has over $10,000 of unpaid balance in lab fees. We have tried calling and emailing him and sent him overdue statements through US Postal Service, but he has blocked our phone numbers and emails. If he was not happy with our service, he is supposed to return the lab products and we would have given him a refund, but he has not even done this yet. How can he charge his patients for the work he does, but not pay the lab the money he owes? Unfair.

Dr. Schmidt changed my nickel fillings to ceramic. He and his staff are affable and willing to answer questions. They plod not rush and are on time usually. He oversees all rooms and is a very reassuring dentist. He is large so at first I wondered about his ease of motion but no problems. His arms act daintily.
