Dr. Gerard Weinacker, DMD

After informing me that I needed to lose a part of my body, I asked for a minute to process this information. Dr. Weinacker refused to give me time to process. I locked eyes and told him I needed a minute. He again refused with a steely glare. When I told him I had a psychiatric condition, the first question from his mouth was if I was medicated. That is not relevant as he was not doing anything medication could contraindicate. After he eventually left when I got my husband involved, because I get the feeling he doesn't listen to young women often, he spent an hour out of the room working on multiple different patients. I needed 5 minutes and informed the staff when I was ready to continue. In short, if you have anxiety or any related problem, bring a piece of paper with your needed accommodations (and minimal explanation as he doesn't seem the understanding type) to keep a paper trail. Don't go if your insurance lets you choose.

Dr. Weinacker and his staff are phenomenal! His bedside manner is remarkable, and he listens to his patients. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind! He listened to my concerns and addressed each.. He provided top tier service and I would highly recommend him!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I sent Dr. Weinacker the x-rays of the tooth that needs to have its root canal redone before my visit. My dentist and I both explained the situation with the tooth and with the x-rays sent to him ahead of time he was able to see beforehand the situation. I show up for my appointment, he looked at the x-ray sent to him and says he can't do the procedure. He ended up stealing my money by charging me for the appointment when he had all the information to make that kind of decision before the appointment. He then referred me to a very rude specialist who wants $500 in out of pocket x-rays before making a decision to fix the root canal. That means in addition to the money stolen from me by Dr. Weinacker another specialist could potentially steal another $500+ dollars from me.

Dr. Weinacker and his staff are PERFECT for the positions they hold! I have never had an entire staff make me feel so comfortable about having a dental procedure. Dr. Weinacker made me feel certain about having the procedure done, he made me comfortable in the situation, and most importantly he took care of he problem in only one visit. Highly recommended!!

I recently had my first root canal and chose Dr. Weinacker to perform it. He turned out to be an extremely humble doctor who puts a patient's comfort, first. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was very gentle during the procedure and made getting a root canal easy. I had little to no pain, afterwards. I would highly recommend him.
