He has been my dentist for 25 years. He is consistently kind, courteous, as painless as possible and is always up on the latest in his field.

My mouth was in terrible condition. I went to twelve different dentists just to be told that my condition was HOPELESS. One of them refused to meet with me. I finally located Dr Kaiser and I consider him a godsend in providing me with wonderful teeth that will last me a lifetime ! I strongly recomend him to everyone who seeks the highest in professional care. Eric is great too as is all the staff.

Very pleased with the work Dr. Kaiser did. I was told I needed full mouth implants and when I went to Total Freedom Dental for a 2nd opinion, he told me I only needed 1 implant for a missing back tooth and a couple of fillings. Highly recommend for a 2nd opinion. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise.

Dr Kaiser is the worst dentist I have ever been to. To start, he seemed very distracted, cold and completely uninterested in the procedure he performed. Secondly, I went in for tooth pain and he told me I needed to pull the tooth, which he did. After the procedure, the pain continued so I went to another dentist who showed me, and told me that Dr Kaiser had in fact mistakingly pulled a perfectly good tooth and that the pain I was experiencing was due to an infection in a different tooth, which he managed to resolve without pulling the tooth. Thirdly, Dr. Kaiser became defensive, accusatory and rude when I went back to his office to tell him he had pulled a tooth that shouldn’t have been pulled. Lastly, he made a very inappropriate sexual comment toward my wife. I stopped him and told him his comment was inappropriate and he said he was “just joking.” Stay away from this dentist. A truly bad experience from beginning to end.

Dr. Kaiser and the entire staff at Total Freedom Dental have given me hope when everywhere else I had gotten a consult told me my situation was too challenging. Thank you Dr. Kaiser and your team at Total Freedom Dental for giving me my confidence back.
