We've been seeing Dr. Brown for 21 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! From day one, he and his team at Amherst Dental Practice have provided exceptional care with kindness and professionalism. Every visit is a positive experience—Dr. Brown and now his daughter, Dr. Heather Brown, take the time to explain everything, ensuring I'm comfortable and well-informed. We are ALWAYS treated as individuals, not just names on a chart. The entire staff is welcoming, making me feel like family. Their dedication to patient care is truly unmatched. If you're looking for a fantastic dentist, I highly recommend either Dr. Heather Brown or Dr. Gerald Brown!--

I personally have been going to Dr. Brown for my entire life. Over the years, I’ve recommended him to countless families. Our entire family now goes to him and have ZERO regrets. He (and his hygienist) are absolutely fantastic with kids of all ages. No… seriously, my daughter started seeing them when she was 12 months old and wouldn’t even open her mouth. They worked so well with her and now at 3, she loves going to see the whole crew, let’s them do everything they need to do and leaves happy. My son has always loved brushing his teeth and had his first appointment at 6 months with his first tooth and even allowed them to count his teeth! It’s also super convenient to schedule all of the appointments together and really helps with consistency for the younger kiddos who need that. A+, 5 stars from this momma and our young family of 4… and yes, there’s a lot of dentists between our home and Dr. B’s office but it’s worth the “drive” for us!

Dr. Brown has been my dentist for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else! I recently had my very first cavity and Dr. Brown made the process painless and easy. He is funny and kind and his office is equally as welcoming. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a good, honest dentist.

Dr. Brown is one of the most caring, compassionate, trustworthy, detail oriented dentists I know. He and his entire staff provide an extremely high level of care and customer service every single visit. He has always treated me with honesty, advising me truthfully about the situation, and answering any questions along the process. I can't recommend Dr. Brown and his team any more highly!

My name is Lynette Mallozzi, I am disappointed (but not surprised), that you only left a PARTIAL portion of my review dated May 28, 2021. What are you afraid of? Are you so worried that I am going to TARNISH the "GOOD NAME' of in my "HONEST OPINION " a substandard dentist in 'YOUR PRECIOUS COMMUNTY''? Your community is highly biased and it seems that you ONLY accept rave reviews.

Dr. Brown is not a professional dentist. He pulled a tooth out for me and was extremely rough. He also knocked out my crown beside it and had the gull to charge me for it. Also, he did a pulp filling and it still bothers me, and now the tooth next to it hurts. He refused to give my money back or try to find out the problem to fix it. And told me to go to another dentist. Is this guy for real. What professional does this stuff. Also, his staff, head office administrator lies for him. This place is a joke. The dental hygienist was very rough too. I would never recommend this office to anyone. I turned him into my insurance company. He's been turned in before. It's hard to know this stuff, since they remove bad remarks now. This guy is the worst!!??He is very erragant!! I had to give a star, that's why he only got 1, I didn't want to give any.

Dr Brown is one of the few doctors and/or dentists in my experience who allows the comfort of a high level of trust. Not the least expensive yet the value is worth it.
