Staff is excellent, receptionist people skills are not perfect She tries!I will recommend my friends and family to go to him. He is Honest and does excellent job. Plus, you don't have worry about what he does ,fair prices.

I read on Dr. Sroor's web page that they are accepting new patients. This definitely confuses me...as they did not want to keep me as a patient. I just wish they would be upfront and honest with you as to why they don't want to keep you as a patient...especially when your appt. is over and they could inform you immediately. But instead you stand at the receptionists desk for well over 5 minutes, wondering what is going on? Did the receptionist go to lunch? Is it their usual practice to mail you the bill, and make your next appt. later?So then a few months after that you call in to schedule an appt. for your regular cleaning & check-up. The receptionist tells you that they are booked solid for the next 3 to 4 months. You say: OK, I will take the next available appt., thank you. You schedule their next available appt. for 4 months out. You show up for the appointment they scheduled for you. The receptionist you made your appt through says that she has no record of your appt. Wow!

My Mother had a partial made there and after over 10 adjustments it never fit right and hurt her to wear them. I was a patient but after the abrasive and rude treatment of their receptionist I would never go back.
