Dr. George Hitzel, DDS

After consult with dentist, had to wait for insurance approval from Humana, which was obtained within two weeks, however plan submitted to insurance was in error, Humana told me contact office for corrected plan,which I did immediately. Office staff said would send in electronically immediately After 3 weeks ,Humana told me never got plan care, I called office she looked at my record said Yes it was sent by mail, I told her I was advised it was done electronically, no it wasn't, but while she had me on phone she would send electronically, said ok done, over 2 weeks I called Humana, they didn't get, agent called Hitzels office, we had 3 way call, office staff said they couldn't send it in without talking to dentist, my question why did they lie to me everytime, saying they did 2times now a different story, and after all this time didn't they consult with dentist, dentist plan was correct, staff messed up, I voiced I wasn't pleased with they're lies, and incompetence, staff hung

I find that the entire staff is knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. Willing to fit you into their schedule if necessary. Will take the time to explain whatever the situation is.

This doctor talks to people in such a rude and condescending tone to people....No thanks! Never again.

Very poor The front desk receptionist is very rude. I was left horrible voicemail. I would not recommend this office . I was promised to have my teeth numerous times now 2 months later I am still struggling to eat and no teeth...I have NEVER been so unhappy.

Excellent Dentist and Dora the hygienist is awesome. Very professional, very friendly and most of all very gentle with my mouth.

excellent staff Doctor care is Amazing

I had to change my appoiment after 6 month, and the recepcionist said she will give me another appoiment for april/2022, I would have to wait 1 year to see a dentist? ??

I just got off the phone with the receptionist who was rude and unprofessional. She blamed the clients for their lack of appointments and spoke to me in a very condescending way. My family and I will be leaving this practice. We've been clients there for over 15 years and it has gone downhill fast.

Dr Hitzel is an excellent doctor. However I wonder if he is aware of how disorganized and lack of professionalism this practice is. They never put in claims with you ensurance and when they do is so late I even forgot about it. Rude staff. My last experience was very unpleasant with the hygienist. Very cold and rude person stated: " oh my gosh your gums are so bad I can not even do anything. Do you even brush your teeth ? . I was in such shock of the level of professionalism of this person. That right there made my last visit. They still charging me at this point $54. Dollars that I know they never put a claim to my ensurance. Funny thing is she end up not cleaning my teeth but I got charged for it. I like people to treat me with respect and be professional. Not the case for this medical facility.

Dr. Hitzel and Dr. Reznik are both excellent dentist and some of the nicest people you will you will ever meet. My entire family has dealt with them for years and never had any issues. No scams or unnecessary work. The entire staff has always been very friendly and absolutely professional. Several times I have needed to be treated rather quickly and they have always accommodated me. I recommend them to all of my friends. By far the best dental practice that I’ve ever done business with.

They are not hippa complying please don’t go here they lost my new number multiple times and they screwed up my appointment

This incident happened on 1/3/19 @ 3:45p...Holly and Gretchen were very rude!

Worst practice I’ve ever experienced! My hygienist was rude and never smiled. She actually was so rough and uncaring during cleanings. When mentioned to the front desk staff, they became insulted and said to try a new hygienist. I did...at another practice! And thank goodness I did as my real problem was professionally address and corrected. I overheard Both my dentist and my endodontist talking and remarking this wasn’t the first time they’d corrected bad procedures from this practice. Scary!

I hope nobody is really serious about dealing with these people, they are unorganized, arrogant, and really cannot answer questions. I just got off the phone with the most rudest of them all. They do not submit claims to the insurance company but continually claim that they do. He should have never became a dentist and stuck with the arrogance that pilots have. All I can say is beware they are out to take your money and run and not provide help from the front of the office to the back.

Dr. Hitzel and Dr. Reznik are both so nice and caring. I have had the pleasure of seeing both and absolutely love both of them! They are honest and no pressure, but happy to educate. The hygienist was awesome! Comfortable, honest, friendly staff, and a very nice office! I would recommend all my friends and family this office!

Very professional office and very comfortable atmosphere,I would highly recommend.

I look forward to my teeth cleanings because of this office. The hygienists are so wonderful and the doctors are professional and courteous. Every once in a while I have to wait to be seen past my appt. time but it's because the staff makes sure that all issues are handled before you leave and you are satisfied with your care.
