This 'Dentist' aka barber 'destroyed' my wife's tooth, By that I mean (Drilling a 'cavity') heated it up to the point where he destroyed the nerve of my wife's tooth on purpose. I know that because you turned the water off, on purpose, while drilling. Your assistant turned it back on, and you turned it off, Over and Over. You have no medical creed SIR. My name is Dave West. I will never forget you.
