Front Desk Rude-Difficult to get Appt as a Patient
FRONT DESK RUDE (DEBRA) & DIFFICULT TO GET APPOiNTMENT - I have been a patient of Dr Wilson for at least 6 years and my daughter is a current patient as well. I called late yesterday, 5/24/2023, to make a cleaning and check up appt. and Ms Debra was extremely unprofessional and rude saying “what do you need to come in for” nastily when she heard the sound of my voice as an African/American female. I told her I would call back. So I called this morning, 5/25/2023, the next day, and she said Dr. Wilson is booked up until September 2023 (4 months later) for a cleaning, checkup, etc. when I know he has several people working in the office. Since I have been a patient for years with Dr.Wilson and he has done a great job with my dental care, I really wanted to go back to him for care, but it’s looking like Debra does not want me as a patient even though I have excellent insurance.
