Dr. Gary Mapes, DDS

November 23 at approx 8:30 I was assisted with a dental cleaning by Heather the hygienist. I told her I need slight sedation for the cleaning. The machine was too large for the first room so she had to move me to another room and to allow for the machine to fit. Once sedation began it only lasted about a few seconds and I felt everything that she was doing. It was a very uncomfortable experience. If though she knew there was a lot of pain she still continued to do the cleaning. I was still charged $100 for sedation that did not happen which doesn’t seem right. This was the worst experience I have even had. The receptionist Is also rude I was late due to an emergency that morning, you’re staff is in compassionate, show partiality to other customers of friendliness, kindness which should be equal towards everyone I won’t be back

Dr. Mapes is a man of integrity and very proficient in his skill. The entire office staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly.

My family has used Dr. Mapes for 30 + years. My grown children choose to continue using him. If he weren't the best, we would not have continued to use his services. He & his staff are very professional. I would highly recommend this office.
