Dr. Gary Dennington, DDS

The dental tech broke my bottom retainer as she was flossing my teeth. Then she lied to the Dr. and told him it was already loose, and that’s why it popped off. BLATANT LIE. Then they disappeared to lunch, sent me to the front, and tried to schedule an appt for $400 in order to fix it. When I voiced my concerns that I should not have to pay for it, because the tech broke it, they then refused to see me because they didn’t like my attitude. Unprofessional, cowards, and negligence. They are only concerned about your money. They do not care about their patients. They broke my retainer, then tried to charge $400 to fix it, then said they wouldn’t see me after I told them that it’s ridiculous that I have to pay. Losers, and cowards. A pathetic excuse for a dentistry.

I was referred for a consult. I was impressed with the up to date technology. Very informative. Xrays and visit were affordable. Prices were given prior to appointment. Staff were informative. Dr. Dennington was professional. Clean and nice office.

I called this dentist to have a retainer glued back on (1 side) for my son who was working out of town. I was expecting the charge to be less than $100 after calling for the appointment. I explained what had happened. The charge ended up being $276. A new retainer would have cost $300. I was quite upset with the cost to glue 1 side back on and discussed with dentist. He assured me the the charge is in line with what anyone else would have charged and then he HUNG UP ON ME! That was definitely unprofessional.
