The office manager could not be more rude! I had one question and asked if Dr. Altman was available. She said he doesn't come to the phone then she hung up on me! I called again and asked if I could speak with the office manager, she said it was she and she yelled at me "What do you want?!" I hung up. I'll just go to someone else. Unprofessional.
