Extremely terrible bedside manner. Disrespected me worse than I’ve ever been disrespected before by any other medical professional. All because I submitted an online complaint against her and Aspen Dental because they had messed up some financial things (which now they have corrected) and she left me in pain after a botched fill in. Absolutely disgusted by how I was treated today by this dentist... you shouldn’t mention the customer complaint in a tooth consultation appointment! I understand complaints are hard to hear, but when you mention it in the follow up appointment and don’t even try to fix the customer’s pain, that is an issue. She ended up referring me out to another dentist because she obviously didn’t like that I submitted a complaint about her bedside manner. Left in tears due to how condescendingly she spoke to me the entire time. Appalled.
