Evan Reed should not be working with young kids
Evan Reed presented as rushed and impatient on the morning of my child's appointment. My child was scheduled for a baby tooth extraction. He suffers from allergies and had some drainage on the morning of the procedure. After my child was gassed and numbed, Reed entered, rushing to start the procedure. My child was having difficulty breathing through the nosepiece and tried to ask the dentist to wait so he could blow his nose. It was clear Reed did not understand, so I tried to interpret for my child. Reed suddenly exclaimed, 'We can't do this today; we need to reschedule,' then quickly fled from the room amidst pleas to let the child blow his nose and proceed with the extraction. I was shocked by the lack of patience and communication. It seems others have had a similar experience with Reed. The office looked to be very busy that morning and I was told he was the only dentist present, which may have contributed to his shortness. The assistant and office staff were nice and helpful.

Horrible Experience!
I did not agree with the Dr.'s treatment plan and asked for other options. He and his staff did not provide any options. I asked the staff for other options and they could not provide me with any. They were terrible with scheduling and were rude about all contact I had with them. They ended up refusing service after taking my money for xrays.

All the negative reviews sound like my experience with his wife Lindsey Reed. Keep your kids away.

We have been going to Dr Reed for 6 years and my girls have always had good experiences. They like going to the dentist for regular cleanings and have always felt comfortable. He is patient, kind, and always answers any questions I have.

I am shocked by the negative reviews. We have had cleanings and fillings done here for years and have always had exceptional care. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Reed is unprofessional and uncaring. He treated my kids back to back. My first daughter was writhing and crying because he didn't numb her mouth enough. When my second daughter started crying I knew something was wrong because she has had extensive dental work done and has never moved or flinched on the treatment table. I asked her if it hurt and he threw his drill down and said he couldn't work with me and just put in a temporary filling, wouldn't even discuss with me, and banned me.

The office was very nice and everyone was really friendly. My daughter had treatment done on one side of her mouth and we were to return back at a later date for the other side. When trying to make an appt for two consecutive months there was still no openings. My daughter ended up with an abcess and according to him needed an extraction of the tooth. I tried to call and get the procedure explained by the dentist who did not return my call by had his staff call to tell me to get a second opinion
