BUYER BEWARE! I went in for what I was told by the office was covered under my medical insurance only to find out after the procedure was done that it wasn't. I had to pay $1000. out of my pocket and this was supposedly a discounted rate. A few months after the procedure was done, I had more problems with what was completed and even though I am now positive they are covered under my insurance, I would NEVER go back. Seems shady if you ask me...
