Was diagnosed quickly and with minimal fuss and the issue was dealt with quickly. I appreciate Dr. Miranda and the staff working through lunch to get me taken care of.

Dr. Miranda was very patient preparing my tooth for a crown. I am not good at having a big appliance in my mouth and she was willing to work without it so I would be more comfortable. I think Dr. Miranda could do a better job of explaining what is going to be happening but overall I have been satisfied. Hopefully the final crown will be a great fit. (I just have a temporary right now)
Frank was great at helping me find a way to get the price more in line with what I expected to pay for the crown.

At my regular 6 months check up, I discovered I needed a crown. Immediately that day Dr. Miranda started the process. She even gave me a good price if I would agree to come back in 1 hour to do the work necessary for a temporary crown. Three weeks later I have had my permanent crown put on and it looks and feels great.

I appreciate the office environment at West York Dental. It's clean and inviting. Dr. Miranda was friendly, but she was in the exam room for a very short time. She alerted the dental staff to add "watches" to my chart, but she did not take the time to explain this to me as the patient. It's my mouth, my health, and my finances. I'm the person who needs to be the most alert to things related to me.
