I had a wonderful visit. Dr. Simmons explained everything, answered all my questions, spent a lot of time with me, and was very patient and kind. The staff was also very good and helpful. This was the first time I ever had a tooth pulled. Friends and Family had me filled with anxiety talking about how horrible it will be. NOT! Dr. Simmons pulled 2 teeth and I did not know it. I had Very Little to NO pain or swelling during and the days after. Dr. Simmons and his staff were excellent and professional. Will recommend to anyone in need of an Excellent Oral Surg.

Explained everything he was going to do. Was told it would cost about $350 to remove a broken tooth which was very fair. He was able to remove it without the surgery so it was half the price quoted. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and friendly.

I went into Dr. Simmons office to get two of my wisdom teeth pulled. I was very pleased.

Went in just for a tooth extraction. was told they accepted my insurance. Dr. did a complete exam of my mouth yet never even looked at the tooth that needed extracted. Was then told that they do not accept my insurance. Had them stop and asked if I owed anything and they said no it was their fault that they told me that they accepted my insurance and that they don't. NOW I keep getting a bill for almost $100 for NOTHING done. I have called them 15 times asking them to fix this issue. NOTHING
