Dr. Ernest Goodson, MPA

Dr. Goodson is VERY PROFESSIONAL ! Everytime I walk into his office, his staff are nice and they greet me when I walk through the door. Dr. Goodson put braces on my teeth in the early 2000's but now my teeth have shifted and I have returned to get them fixed! Dr. Goodson has been a staple in the Fayetteville community since his practice started.

Brackets fall off, appliances falling out of mouths, rude to customers and children alike, do not go here!

Dr. Goodson is professional. I do not have any problems with my braces. I have followed the instructions that have been provided for me; and I am pleased with my results thus far. Thank you Dr. Goodson. I look forward to a beautiful smile.

Dr GOODSON is Very professional. He is an awesome orthodontist. My oldest daughter went to him when she was in middle school and she is now in college. She has a beautiful smile. She haven’t had any problems with her teeth. She is always getting complements on her smile. The staff was friendly, very clean office. My youngest daughter is now seeing him and getting braces put on this month. I highly recommend Dr GOODSON and his staff.

Terrible 5 years WASTED HERE!! Please, anyone thinking about Dr.Goodson being your child’s orthodontist- research!! His reviews speak for him ! I put in a complaint with the NC State Dental review board - and won. They sided with me that he clearly mistreated my daughter & he Paid back most of my money - of course - he didn’t admit fault- just “ a compromise “. Please please get a second opinion if considering Dr.Goodson - I’d hate for any child to go thru what my child did.

Terrible brackets falling off like crazy very unprofessional sloppy work 7 appointments I’ve been to and still don’t have wires

Dr. Goodson and his staff have pushed my appointment off for the past month and half. Do not use his services, you will be put off until he finds it is the right time to work with you. If you pay in full, then that will make you subject to even more mistreatment.

GO TO SANDHILLS ORTHODONTIST, GOODSON IS HORRIBLE USES CHEAP EQUIPMENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, STAFF IS HORRIBLE AS WELL

This doctor doesn't even deserve the one star I gave him. I have never seen a more unprofessional, unorganized orthodontics in my whole life. The staff isn't knowledgeable about half the stuff they are doing and unprofessional as well. He may have over 20 years of experience but in reality I think he is still in business only because he is the only local orthodontics that accepts Medicaid in the area. Just because Medicaid is paying doesn't mean customers don't get the same value of service.

Terrible service!! Have to wait at LEAST 30 minutes to be seen even if you’re late!! Was there and he socialed with a patient for 15 minutes while I was waiting in chair. Hasn’t even been two months I’ve had my braces and like 8 have popped off. One even popped off just a couple of hours after my appointment!! Made me wait for my appliance and still waiting. Definitely going to another orthodontist. At least my bottom teeth are shifting...

They say when someone shows you who they are BELIEVE THEM!!! This man made a 10 year old cry today with his no so spectacular customer service. I wouldn’t advice you take you kids. Short and simple he states he’s going to have to pull out 4 of my daughters permanent teeth, wear for 24-48 months & she’ll need surgery sooo... I say ok but we should make sure that’s what she wants to do. As a 10 year old she says, “I scared about getting my teeth pulled out. He said, “So, you don’t want your teeth

By far the rudest, nastiest, unkind, most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. My 16 year daughter left her appointment in tears today after being handed her profile folder and being told to "come back when you can open your mouth wider." She was NOT seen and her orthodontic needs were not addressed. This is totally unprofessional and just plain abusive behavior for an "adult." Do not subject yourself nor your child to this abuse of power!

Not exactly sure why his rating is so low but he is a great orthodontist. He cares about his patients and is a Ryan likeable person so is his staff.
