Dr. Erin Shiveler, DMD

From the moment I came through the door,I was welcomed and enjoyed the atmosphere. Any and all fears from past dental work I had done quickly vanished! Professional, warm, kind are my thoughts through out my visit! I listened to other patients and could hear them getting the same kind treatment. My teeth felt awesome when leaving, first time thinking that leaving a dentist appointment.

Have been going to Dr. Shiveler since she took over the practice and have had nothing but great experiences with her and her staff.

Dr. Shiveler and staff consistently provide impeccable, genuine comprehensive care. Cleanings and examinations are thorough and timely. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my dental needs.

I don't know why there is a one star review this has been the best dentist I've been to if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Amazing dentist really clean office and amazing staff.

Recently my dermatologist suggested I see my dentist about a possibly cancerous spot on the roof of my mouth that he found as he didn't have a way to biopsy it. I made an appointment with Dr. Shiveler and one of the first things she said was "What am I supposed to do about it"? She referred me to an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon she chose didn't accept my insurance. I then asked her office to refer me to an oral surgeon in my network. She refused stating she had never heard of her and therefore wouldn't send me a referral. I went to my GP and he was astounded that a medical professional wouldn't refer me, as I have a history of malignant melanomas. I told her about my past melanomas but she didn't care. Needless to say, this is extremely unprofessional not to give me a referral for something so serious. Neither myself nor my husband will be returning to her practice.

Dr. Shiveler is a compassionate, knowledgeable, capable and caring dentist with perfect skill. She spends time with her patients, answering all concerns, questions and addressing treatment. I have found her to be warm, poised and personable, genuinely. Her office is immaculate and staffed with caring and efficient professionals. Dr. Shiveler is deserving of an even higher rating than 5 stars.

Dr. Shiveler is a very professional, poised and warm individual. Jennifer, the hygienist, was knowledgeable, courteous, and gentle! Great staff at the front desk. Super clean environment, convenient location past Betton Rd on Thomasville. I would recommend to family and friends. I will return.

Dr. Shiveler is excellent! I used to take antibiotics before my cleanings due to a heart condition, too. Dr. Shiveler took the time to explain to me that the "old way" of taking premeds is not only very out of date, but could cause the antibiotics not to work when I have a true infection! I'm really glad that she stays so up to date!

Dr Shiveler took Dr Brueckhimer's practice, which I gone to 25 yrs. I had an appt scheduled in a week and called in to confirm antibotics would be called ahead for me to premeds before my appt, which has always done, due to a congential heart condition. Her staff calls me back and informs me they will not issue the premeds and if I want them I have to go to a medical doctor before the appt. I did an appt 6 months ago 1st one and I never saw the dentist , they never me advised of this.
