Dr. Eric Paster, DMD

I was sent to this dentist from my Pulmonologist for a dental appliance for my sleep apnea. The dentist did a good job on getting me the right dental appliance . However, he charged me a large amount and wanted the money up front and now it is 3 month latter. Medicare has told me repeatedly they have not recieved any claim dealing with this. When I talked to the dental office they said the company that sends the information to Medicare was hacked into and it would take awhile to get it processed. Two weeks ago his dental office told me medicare is processing it. However when I talk to Medicare they said they insist they have recieved no claims from his dental office concerning my dental appliance. If I were you I would be hestiant to give this Dentist anything upfront..

I was a patient of Dr. Paster’s in 2019. Unfortunately, he referred me to a periodontist (Dr. Dufour) who performed the pinhole procedure in order to fix my gum recession. It resulted in only a marginal improvement. I had to have it redone with traditional grafting by a different periodontist. He seemed sympathetic that my results weren’t very good, but he didn’t offer to follow up or speak with Dr. Dufour about my case. As a result, I lost my trust in Dr. Paster. I do not believe he properly manages his referral specialists. I have since switched to a new dentist and will not be returning to Dr. Paster’s office.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The staff is great. The dentist not so much. He is not trustworthy. He cements crowns on teeth with decay and then charges the patient for the work. He doesn't care about the patients at all. He only cares about the money. Do not go to that practice.

Great dentist, awesome staff, so friendly and organized. They really make you feel like you matter as a patient! Wish I had started going to them sooner!

The entire staff at The Royersford Dentist office is amazing. At this practice, everyone genuinely cares about the patient's well-being, and takes as much time as needed to make sure that you are comfortable and getting the absolute best care possible.
