Smile Direct shut down. Dr. Eric Guirguis just prescribed me a touch up but since the company shut down out of no where, what do I do doctor.

I’ve never felt scammed as much as this by this Dr. through the smile direct club. He refused to prescribe me aligner touch-ups even though I explained that I’ve got other gaps caused by the aligners he prescribed! FALSE advertising and promises!!

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the dental services I received from your company. I purchased your Direct Smile aligners with high hopes of achieving a perfect smile, as promised by your “smile guarantee.” However, I am deeply disappointed with the results, as my top teeth have become gapped and my bottom row remains crooked. Not only does this outcome fail to meet the standards outlined in your advertising, but it has also led to significant distress and dissatisfaction with your product. I have attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out to both a dentist and your customer service department, but regrettably, I have made no progress. Despite my efforts to communicate my concerns with your customer service representatives, I have been met with unhelpful responses and no viable solutions. This lack of responsiveness only compounds my frustration and confirms my belief that your smile guarantee is nothing more than false advertising. I demand immediate corr

I think hudec dental in elyria and this Eric Guirguis have some kind of thing going on. This guy quoted my wife for over 10,000 USD for a procedure that cost 1500 dollars at our new dentist. We went to 2 different dentist which quoted for 2400 dollars total. I'm not sure why he's trying to charge people so much money. If you don't care about where your money goes and have thousands to throw away, then he's probably a great dentist, but if you don't want to pay 1000's in extra cost, i'd suggest getting a different price quotation. I NEVER leave a negative view, but this is so bad.

Excellent care through SDC (Smile Direct Club). Attention to detail and accessible through the membership organization.

I have been a patient of Dr Guirguis for many years. He placed an implant for me over 10 years ago. Hygienist is excellent! I would highly recommend anyone in need of a periodontist to visit his office :)

Dr. Guirguis is excellent, in every aspect! He is caring, kind, personable and worked miracles with my gum surgery. His staff is excellent as well! Each one is friendly, caring, patient and kind. My gums healed "amazingly" well thanks to Dr. G, and his staff. I feel their aftercare instructions are spot on and contributed to my gums healing well. They truly show concern for each individual problem. I will highly recommend Dr. Guirguis!

I met Dr. Guirguis for my first time to discuss my condition and potential options. His staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The Doctor himself took a ton of time to carefully explain potential options and explain basic pros and cons. I am terrified of Dentists and exceptionally afraid of major procedures. If you need someone to vet a major dental dilemma through- Dr. Guirguis is the man to see.

Patient - centered practitioner. He spent a great deal of time working with me taking into consideration condition and cost to arrive at a treatment plan that was agreable to both of us. Very knowledgeable regarding current treatment protocols and is able to apply those protocols because of continuing education he has obtained.
