Cancels appointments with no notice
Went in for a check up and was told I needed a root canal and a filling. Appt was set for a few weeks later, went to find the office closed with a note on the door. No call. They rescheduled for a holiday Monday, I asked if that was correct, they assured me it was. The morning of the appointment they called to tell me the office would be closed. Next reschedule was for 3 months later. Again, canceled with no notice. Taking days off work for all of this is extremely disruptive to people's lives. They never called to reschedule the appointment and being fed up with them, I won't return or recommend. Terrible way to treat patients.
