My family loved Dr. Soo. She was gentle and patient with my 6 year old son. He needed some fillings and was really scared. She took her time and made him feel comfortable.

What a horrible experience !
The front desk assistant never smiles, he is rude & acts like he knows it all. He had the audacity to tell me that there was no way going around this gum disease treatment that would cost hundreds of dollars, which I did not need because I did not have generalized stage 4 gum disease, and also had the nerve to tell me gum disease was not reversible,which is a flat out lie ! He also told me nobody takes antibiotics for more than 7 days, which is completely inaccurate,
