My view of Emily ( after $6,000 of my hard earned money for her care)
Is that she is capable, however, innately insensitive.
Hey, nobody is perfect.
But if you are looking for a dentist that is not only competent but also respectful and sensitive. She is not the one you want
I give her zero stars , I had to give at least one star to post this review.

Dr. Emily is truly a diamond. No one enjoys going to the dentist necessarily, and Dr. Emily and her staff go far above and beyond to make sure patients are pampered and comfortable. Her work is meticulous, thorough and on point. I am so impressed by her and the fact I’ve had zero pain considering all the work I had done. She has a wonderful, fun personality and is a joy to have as a dentist. I would give her and her staff 10 stars if I could.

I have so enjoyed changing over to Piper Family Dentistry. I have not met a single staff member who doesn't greet you with a smile and seems genuinely happy to be at work and helping you. The staff are very professional, thoughtful, comforting and patient. They explain exactly what they are doing each time. This is the first place I've gone to where I feel comfortable and like I'm not being taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I'm a soft spoken person who politely made legitimate complaints about a night guard that I had paid over $400 for. I felt I wasn’t being listened to and when I asked for a refund, since the product was unusable, I was verbally attacked and criticized. I later received a check in the mail with a letter stating that since I “had lost trust in her” I was not welcome back and needed to find a new dentist. I found her behavior unprofessional.
