Excellent from beginning to end. From when you check in with Twila, everything is explained clearly. Cost estimates, time is will take, etc. Once inside, the place is impeccable, you are treated very professionally but also showing care. Both Dr Shwarts and his assistant Jacquie and Allen did a fantastic job. I was extremely nervous (first cavitie and then crown in 30 years) and they did everything they could to calm me down. From walking me step by step of what was going to happen, to distracting me talking about life and even putting the music I liked and taking the necessary breaks so I could rest. I would not anywhere else. Thank you Dr Shwarts, Jacquie, Allen and Twila!
