Caring and genuine orthodontist
This orthodontist truly cares about his patients. He puts their needs first and is genuine in his approach. We felt as if he treated our family as his own, which is refreshing in the healthcare industry.

Horrible Orthodontist
Started orthodontic treatment with Dr Saperstein when he was at a different office, for my 11 year old daughter with impacted canines. She spent 2 YEARS in an appliance that was supposed to be a 9 to 12 mth process, while Dr. Saperstein did NOTHING to fix her issues. His answer was always the same at her 6 week checks, "we're just watching them". Then he left the practice! No notice, no plan for her treatment, NOTHING! My daughter is now 14 and we have a new Orthodontist who is trying to fix all the issues created BY Dr. Saperstein and the stupid appliance! And she still has impacted canines!! We lost 2 years with this dr! Never fixed my daughters teeth, not even close, but had no problem taking my money! This Dr doesn't see the patient, he only sees $$$ signs! Go see him if you have unlimited money you want to throw away and teeth issues you don't want fixed!
