I have been going to Dr Love since 2013. I never had a bad experience or dissatisfied with her service. She promised me a great smile and delivered as promised. Dr Love has a great team. They are friendly and courteous. I moved 76 miles away but continue to see her when needed.

The experience I had this morning is the most unpleasant and unprofessional I have encountered. In November, I was referred to Dr. Love. She was kind, detailed, very pleasant. Although I am insured, the work I need done was going to be in phases totaling about $2800. The first phase was quoted 1000. Today, after saving that amount and ready to have the first phase completed, I arrived for my 10:20 appointment. The staff immediately wanted to make my next appointment. I asked if I could please have a 3:30 or later appointment as I don’t want to have to take an entire day off of work. This seemed to be an issue so I said, “you aren’t open on saturdays, right?” We scheduled my next appointment for 3:10, the latest she could accommodate. I then asked for the new totals of what my bills for this visit and the next would be as I spent time on the phone prior with delta dental. My “new calendar year” had started and I had yet to use any of my benefits so I was hoping the cost would possibly go down even a little. I was then presented with a new “bill” in which the first phase went from 1000 to close to 1300. I just wanted to understand why the quote for today’s procedure had gone UP SO MUCH. Me asking this seemed to be an issue. A woman who works with insurance was called over. I was told “something must have changed with your benefits!” She turned the computer screen to show me my percentages of what my insurance covers and it still didn’t make sense why it went up but THEN A BOX AT THE BOTTOM STARTS FLASHING. It said “open on Saturdays LOL” One woman asked another to close the box. She did not and another box flashed “maybe this isn’t the right place for her.” They were actually texting about me as I sat there talking to them! I kindly pointed to the screen, said, “i see that and no it is not, have a nice day.” When I got in the car I called delta dental and nothing has in fact changed about my coverage. I understand that quotes may be wrong but there was no reason for it to have gone UP since November and the audacity to text each other about a simple question about being open on Saturday is just insane, rude, unprofessional-and i will be going somewhere else. I cannot believe as kind a person as Dr. Love seemed has people like this working for her.

Dr Ellie Love is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and gentle dr I have ever Encountered in 56 years! Her staff is incredible and full of passion. The ambience is very comforting and her place is extremely clean (over the standards) I thank you Dr Love and staff. Definitely the diamond in the rough.

I have been seeing Dr. Love for over 5 years and have been thoroughly pleased with every single visit. She did an awesome job on my implant and crown.
