She always is very friendly and explains everything that she is doing. Dr. Fischer also makes sure that her patients are comfortable. She will do what is best for you. Her staff is also wonderful! A very friendly environment.

My experience with Dr Fischer has been wonderful. Her staff is friendly, courteous and professional!! I am so glad they opened up an office in this area!! I am not a fan of having my teeth cleaned, but the hygienist was exceptionally gentle. My children also see her and we couldn't be happier with the services we have received.

When I was younger, i hated going to the dentist. It scared me to think of all the scary utensils that they have to use. But when my mom switched us over to Rochester Family Dentistry, it was great. I wasnt scared to go to the dentist anymore. The staff there is so welcoming and very kind. Ellen Fischer is a wonderful dentist. I would recommend anyone to start going to her. I have been a patient of Dr. Fischer for quite a few years. I was very excited when she opened her practice in Rochester. She is the best dentist I have ever seen and would not take my children anywhere else since bringing them to her. She and her staff are super friendly, courteous, and accomodating. She is extremely knowledgeable and ALWAYS willing to do what is needed to best suit her patients' needs. I highly recommend Dr. Fischer and Rochester Family Dentistry to all my friends and family.

Dr. Fischer is good for average dental work. Be sure to double check the estimates she gives versus the final payment. We were over charged and when asked about it, she along with her staff were very rude. We are excited to be headed to a new dentist.
