I have been a patient of Dr. Korobova for over 15 years despite some shortcomings such as the inability to communicate effectively with her patients and being heavy handed during cleanings & procedures. For these reasons, I finally decided to try another dentist and informed her that I was switching dentists simply because I found someone more conveniently located (that was not entirely accurate) as I wanted to leave on good terms. Three months later, I had an issue and contacted Dr. Korobova since this new dentist was not accepting my Cigna insurance. She did not return my phone call right away despite leaving her a message that I had a problem. Finally, she called me only to tell me that she was leaving town the next day but gave me the choice to find someone sooner or to wait when she returned. I chose to wait and made that appointment which was a little over a week. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, and she calls me to inform me at the very last minute that she is sick wi
